Another frequently asked question: I have paid my annual licence fee, but still keep getting a pop-up when opening Pastel to remind me to pay. Once you have done so and reached your expiry date, you still need to follow a process on your server and workstations (if applicable) and register your package so that the license now reflects a year's extension.
