This Blog will explain the feature of Sage Capture – allows you take a photograph of your expense slips and submit them directly into Sage 50C Pastel Accounting for approval.

Sage Capture
Sage Capture is a new feature of Sage 50cloud that integrates with Microsoft Office 365. It’s a mobile app that allows you to create vendor invoices and payments on-the-go. Simply snap a photo of a supplier invoice or receipt, save it to OneDrive, and post transactions to your Sage 50cloud company. As you upload an image, you also have the option to enter a related transaction. It’s never been easier to keep track of your purchases! No matter where you are, your expenses are recorded and the headache of lost receipts is a thing of the past. Sage Capture is available for iPhone and Android.
